• Access to on-line documents, which will be produced to meet your staff requirements. These are not template documents – you decide to issue a contract of employment; my staff manager prompts you for the details it needs and then produces the document for you. You don't just get a document with lots of gaps to fill in- it's done for you! My Staff Manager can provide bespoke documents covering everything from recruitment to retirement.

• Access to your own staff manager through the “ask my staff manager” question feature. If you have any query (good or bad) you simply submit your question to your dedicated qualified staff manager and you get the guidance you need. You will be appointed a dedicated person who will be there when you need them - the same person each time (not a different person who doesn't get to know you and your business). Your dedicated staff manager will be a professionally qualified human resource expert.

• Proactive reminders to key events e.g. you have someone who is due their annual appraisal, my staff manager will e-mail you to remind you it needs to be completed.

• Up to date information on key people matters like employment law through the regular newsletter and weekly hints and tips to help your business.
