The Solution Programme is a unique HR development programme which gives you your own HR department. solution gives you your own dedicated professionally qualified HR expert who works on-site without the big cost's. Specifically the programme gives you:
- An HR audit- this is completed on-site and takes a snap-shot of your company, its policies and procedures and helps prioritize work.
- The development of bespoke contracts of employment and a staff handbook - this make sure you are legally compliant.
- Quarterly on-site visits- these are designed to improve your skills and knowledge in the area of HR plus ensure that your expert is aware of developments within the business.
- Help onsite when you need it - things happen with staff; good and bad! Your expert can be there to help you whilst improving your skills in this area.
- Telephone support when you need it - for those times you just need to learn more about specific HR areas.
This unique HR Development programme is available from £150 (+VAT) per month and may attract a Government grant of £1000
