MY STAFF MANAGER WEBSITE

 

In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, The People Connection” refers to [“The People Connection Ltd”]. The website, www.mystaffmanager.co.uk is an online service delivered through The People Connection Ltd. For the purposes of this agreement, The People Connection Ltd and mystaffmanager.co.uk are to be treated as the same entity.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the content of www.mystaffmanager.co.uk (“the Website”) you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions set out herein, and you accept our privacy policy available at [www.mystaffmanager.co.uk/privacy-policy.htm]. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.

 This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

 

PARTICULARS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership is limited to access of the website and the contents and services within. Provision of on-line advisory services “ask your staff manager” is based on “office” hours and is limited to the hours of 0900 to 1700 hours: Monday to Friday. The People Connection will endeavour to turn around queries as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee any specific time-scales for response and cannot be held responsible for any liability of advice given through the “ask your staff manager” function, as it is not designed to be a replacement for legal advice. All members must make themselves fully aware of their legal position when employing people including all paperwork issued directly from mystaffmanager.co.uk

Membership is subject to 12 calendar months unless otherwise agreed. No refund or part refund will be given

Membership is open to anyone within the UK but any information supplied relates the employment law of England & Wales

Membership may be refused at any time and for any reason. If membership is refused, any monies paid will be returned

E-mail support is available during normal office hours which are; Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 hours. No telephone support is available at weekends or on Bank Holidays unless specifically agreed in writing. The People Connection will endeavour to turn around queries as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee any specific time-scales for response and cannot be held responsible for any liability of advice given through email support as it is not designed to be a replacement for legal advice. All members must make themselves fully aware of their legal position when employing people including all paperwork issued directly from mystaffmanager.co.uk. Provision of e-mail support is given on a "fair usage" policy and The People Connection reserve the right to charge should it be deemed that the fair usage policy is being abused.

The People Connection reserve the right to restrict feedback to e-mail responses at peak times (such as holiday periods)

Any additional work will not be completed until agreed in writing

TRY ME FOR FREE FACILITY

The “try me for free “ facility can be changed or withdrawn at any time and without notice

The facility will allow the “ subscriber” to use all functions as designated by the website provider and again can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice

By agreeing to use this facility the subscriber understands that there will be no charge but that if the decision is taken not to subscribe to an annual membership, all submitted data will be lost. All data includes all staff details entered.

All other terms and conditions as outlined apply to the “try me for free” facility as outlined above including the limitation of liability

The "try me for free" facility will allow the "subscriber" to input the details of one staff member. Further staff members can be added once membership is confirmed.

The "try me for free" feature enables the "subscriber" to prodcue sample documents. These are not designed to be used or issued only to demonstrate how the site works. The "try me for free" facility does not allow for use of the "ask my staff manager facility"

SPECIAL OFFERS

Any Special Offers are limited to the particulars agreed at time of sign-up. Any special offers are restricted to the first year of membership

"Personalization of Contracts" applies to agreed changes to the standard contract of employment document only. This will result in the provision of a standard contract document plus one more containing the agreed changes.Any additional contract documents will be charged following the agreement of charge as per provision and acceptance of qoute

"Input of Staff Details" service relates to the inputting of staff data by The People Connection Staff. This is completely dependent upon the return of "new employee forms" as issued to the members by The People Connection Ltd. Return of all the paperwork is the duty of the member
