Bite-Size Training Workshops

We deliver interactive, relevant bite-size sessions off-site at various locations. These are designed for those within your business who have the responsibility for HR and employment law, for health and safety and for general business development. We have worked with Directors, owner-managers, line-managers and aspiring line-managers on our workshops.

These (generally half-day) sessions are designed to get the individual to reflect on how the business works at present and to introduce any good practice which will enhance the performance of the business.

Management Training

This training can vbe delivered either on-ste or off-site. On-site a bespoke programme can be developed for your managers to achieve your specific requirments. These sessions can be delivered over a period of time to suit your business. We also deliver managemnt training sessions similar to the bite-size sessions highlighted above. These sessions will have managers from various companies inb attendance
